Introduction:

I'm Heather Rebecca Wilson, a Quantum Soul Guidance Galactic Astrology Practitioner, Embodied Ancestral Healing Guide, and host of The Cycle Starters Podcast. My work bridges ancestral healing and galactic remembrance — but always in that order. Bloodline before stars. Before we ask who you are cosmically, we build enough ground for you to actually inhabit who you are here. Skip that sequence and the galactic work doesn't activate you — it ungrounds you. As a woman of mixed Filipino (Visayan/Waray), West African, and European ancestry, my own journey of decolonization and ancestral reclamation shaped this philosophy long before I had language for it. I guide cycle starters and cycle breakers — visionary leaders and healers who've already done the deep ancestral and trauma work — through the threshold most teachers skip past: the one where you're healed, but not yet activated. Where insight has done everything it can do, and something else has to take over. That something else is pleasure. Not as reward, but as architecture — the nervous-system technology that turns a healed body into a resourced one, and a soul blueprint into an actual, lived life.
